File in the District Court.
- The address for your District Court should be on the top left of the forms you got.

To respond to the motion and affidavit
- There is no filing fee to file a response
Per-Filing Fee
- For electronic filings only.
- $12 Convenience Fee.
- $7.50+ Service Fee.

How do I File?

By Mail
- Mail your Response to the District Court
At the Courthouse
- Go in person to file.
- Check your Court for local hours.
By E-Filing
- Set up an account.
- Only available in some counties.
- You cannot waive fees if filing electronically.
4. Give a Copy
You must give the paperwork on the other people in the case, by:
- Mail,
- Hand-delivery, or
- E-Service.
- Only done if the paperwork was submitted by E-Filing
Complete the Certificate of Service at the bottom of the Response form.
This lets the court know how you gave the copies.
