The clinic is held the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 11 AM to 1 PM. Check the website for up to date information. This clinic teaches people how to file their own small claims cases in court, and how to collect on the judgments. Tips include gathering information, forms (where to get them and how to complete them, filing (how and where), defending your position (what to do and not do) and court procedure. Collections clinics provide tips on how to collect your judgment. General questions are welcome but the clinics will not provide direct legal advice nor will they directly assist in completing forms.
