The legal aid program will assign a free lawyer to represent the first six people who qualify per week. You must meet income eligibility guidelines. Bring your last year's tax return or previous three months pay stubs. This program does not handle bankruptcy, criminal, workers compensation, social security benefits, or personal injury cases. For residents of Loveland, Estes Park, Berthoud, Masonville, and Larimer County areas south of Trilby Road.

A free legal self-help housing clinic is held on the first Friday of every month from 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

-Drop-in appointments will be accepted depending on availability.
-The attorney will assist each clinic participant one-on-one, in person, at the Old Town Library in Fort Collins 201 Peterson Street.
-The clinic is open to all Larimer County area residents.
-By participating in the Poudre Library Free Legal Clinic, a lawyer will provide brief legal advice regarding your housing situation, legal information and guidance about where you can find more help.
-The clinic meetings will not constitute an attorney-client relationship, and all participants will be required to sign a waiver. Spanish-speaking interpreters will be available upon request.

For residents of Fort Collins, Red Feather Lakes, Bellvue, Wellington and any Larimer County areas north of Trilby Road.

This class is held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month starting at 3 PM. In this class, you will learn the process of a divorce, custody, and enforcement or modification of court orders.

Call to schedule a free consultation to discuss legal issues regarding income and Medicaid, health care, long-term care, housing, utilities, protective services, and discrimination. Donations accepted. Other services are available for a fee. This program is for Larimer County residents aged 60 and over.

This class is held the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month starting at 3 PM. Learn how to process your own divorce or custody case. Legal advice is given only if a lawyer is present. Otherwise, this class provides legal information.

Call or e-mail to make an appointment. This legal aid program is for CSU students only. Lawyers will help students to understand the law and to resolve their legal issues.

This clinic is held the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 3 PM to 5 PM. Spend up to 15 minutes with a lawyer, who will answer your legal questions. Schedule an appointment by e-mail or by visiting the self-help center.

Colorado Legal Services provides free legal help, information, and self-help classes for low and moderate income people with a civil legal matter. Visit an office, call, or apply online. This office serves Larimer, Logan, Phillips, and Sedgwick counties.
