The Colorado Division of Labor may help employees performing work in Colorado with the recovery of wages, and labor law violations. You may file a complaint online, or download the form and mail that to the Division. The form includes instructions on the complaint process and the authority of the Division of Labor. Call center hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 AM and Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to Noon.

The Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD) enforces the State's anti-discrimination laws in the areas of employment, housing, and public accommodations. CCRD works to eliminate and prevent discrimination in those areas through investigation, education, mediation, and enforcement. The primary goal of the clinic is to provide meaningful post-decree assistance for people who are representing themselves in ongoing litigation. The clients are all people who have previously contacted and conducted an intake interview through Colorado Legal Services. You can contact Colorado Legal Services by calling 303-837-1313. These clinics are meant to assist pro se individuals with legal problems that arise AFTER Permanent Orders have been entered in a Divorce or Custody case. At the clinic, volunteers review the client's court files, meet with the client, offer advice, and at times prepare motions, pleadings, and proposed orders.
